How To Make Lavender Lemonade

Feeling hot this summer? 🍋

We love this refreshing lavender lemonade, and make it all summer long. ❄️

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Lavender Flowers
  • 1.5 Liters of water
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1/8 Cup Sugar (or to taste)

Step 1

Lavender Lemonade Recipe - Suzi's Lavender

Add the lavender flowers and water to a pot and bring to a simmer. Hold at a simmer for about five minutes, then shut off and allow to steep up to 15 minutes.

Step 2

While the lavender flowers are steeping, cut up the four lemons into quarters and squeeze out their juice into a bowl or measuring cup.

Step 3

Strain the lavender flowers out with a mesh strainer. Then add sugar as noted above, or to taste.

Step 4

Our favorite part! Once the sugar is fully dissolved, pour the lemon juice in and stir. See the video below for what happens!

It goes from brown to pink!

Adjust sugar if needed, add ice, and serve 💜
