Fall is here—with crisp leaves and cool days. As the season changes, so does our need to care for ourselves. Here's a few of our favorite products for this season, with a few tips on how to use them!

Broad Spectrum Hemp Drops

As the days get shorter and expectations from work and impending holidays build, it can be a challenge to stay calm and feel balanced. This is when we lean on our Our Broad Spectrum drops.  They help support:

  • Calming your mind and body
  • A gentle lift for mental focus
  • A restful nights sleep
  • Body aches and discomfort

If you are already feeling the stress of the season these 0.0% THC FREE drops may be for you!

Hemp oil also helps regulate digestion and in turn, your mood. Studies have shown that what we eat affects our emotions through something called the “second brain.” Your gut contains 95% of the serotonin found in your body, including your brain.  Because of this, our Broad Spectrum Hemp Oil may have a significant effect on both your digestion and mental well being.

How To Use

Start Low and Go Slow! Place 5-8 drops under your tongue for sixty seconds, then swallow. Spread doses out over the course of the day. This gives your body time to react. As time goes on, you can increase or decrease dosage as needed.

Lavender Salve

Our salve has been a family go to remedy for years. A chemist we work with recently told me that the organic essential oils act like "little vehicles," to take the ingredients deep into the layers of the skin. They help deliver the goods right where they are needed! People tell us that it is “Relief You Can Feel.”

How To Use

Apply a pea sized amount to cracked, dry skin, burns, or wounds. For wound or burn care, cover the area with sterile gauze, tape, or bandage. Add more and change bandage daily.

Hand & Foot Therapy Lotion

Rich and luxurious, shea butter based, this lotion is perfect in the Fall! I love to put it on at bedtime to help seal moisture into especially dry areas. Our customers tell us that they use it anywhere they need a concentrated and long lasting moisturizer—not just for hands and feet! With three times the lavender oil and twice the vitamin E than all of our other lotions, this one help support better circulation in both my hands and feet.

How To Use

Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your fingertips. Gently rub into areas of dry or rough skin.

Cuticle oil

Cold weather dries and damages our cuticles leaving “hang nails” and thin, unhealthy nail tips. Our cuticles protect our nails as they grow so we want to nourish them. This is why our Cuticle Oil is a top pick for this season. To keep those nails strong and long, use it daily (I keep it by my bed!)

How To Use

Place one drop on each cuticle. Gently rub into the skin and cuticle area. Breathe in the lovely and calming aroma of lavender.
