A Family Tradition Of Healing

Harvesting wild elderberry and making all-natural healing salves has been a part of Suzi's family heritage since 1865. The elderberry plant and other wild harvested ingredients were used in the family "cure-all salve," going back several generations.

Like her Great Grandfather before her, Suzi's mother Joanne showed her how to harvest and process plants. Other ingredients were added to complete the formula. The salve was used to heal everything—cuts, wounds, burns & infections. This includes a life threatening infection that Suzi's Great Great Grandfather had when he was a young boy.

Suzi began making the family salve in the dry, cold winters of Nebraska to soothe her own cracked fingertips. Now, we share this family knowledge with everyone through our skincare products.

Suzi's Today

Suzi's has grown to include three distinct families of products with two new formulas to be released this Fall. The formulas provide bioactive support for all skin types and skin conditions. We respect the healing power of plants. We are proud to continue the family tradition of natural healing, and to maintain a part of the original salve recipe even today, in all of our formulas.
